I presented Frito-Lay this week in class and I was looking for some followup/ support with our decisions as a team.
1.) I was wondering what people thought about in our decision to outsource the smaller Frito Lay accounts and whether or not that is feasible?
2.) Do people agree with our team based upon the fact of downsizing with more efficiency is the right answer?
If you are not in my section I think you can get the gist of what we were discussing...
I feel that when a company performs better with less people, it shows that people were not being used in the right way. Enrico's approach shows that it is more profitable to move people downstream and be able to send better analyzed data upstream.
