Frito Lay Continued!

I presented Frito-Lay this week in class and I was looking for some followup/ support with our decisions as a team.
1.) I was wondering what people thought about in our decision to outsource the smaller Frito Lay accounts and whether or not that is feasible?
2.) Do people agree with our team based upon the fact of downsizing with more efficiency is the right answer?

Are newspapers becoming obsolete?

In the internet world that we live in, are the physical newspapers becoming outdated due to the online newspaper ability.  I know that I personally can look up something virtually more efficiently than searching through an actual newspaper.  In your opinion would you rather a virtual newspaper or the real deal?  Also, would it be smart for the large newspaper organizations to completely discard the printing of newspapers and go virtual, or stay old fashioned?
